One Week Down

One week down for Spring classes! Only 7 more to go. Which seems crazy considering after 1 week of Winter semester you have 15 more weeks to go. I think I'm going to like this Spring thing. Here's my schedule for those of you who want to stalk me.

Monday: 10-11:50 Exercise Physiology
           1-1:50 Philosophical and Ethical Issues

Tuesday: 1-3:30 Substance Abuse

Wednesday: 10-11:50 Exercise Physiology
           1-1:50 Philosophical and Ethical Issues

Thursday: 1-3:30 Substance Abuse
           4-5:50 Exercise Physiology Lab

Friday 10-11:50 Exercise Physiology

The best part about my schedule is that all of my classes are either in the RB or the SFH. No walking up the hill to campus everyday for me!

My adventure last night: Dave works security for BYU housing from 9-2am and I decided to go with him last night. We drove up to Wymount Family Housing and it started to POUR. Rain. Wind. We got a little wet to say the least. I see the potential in the idea...go running from door to door and get a good work out in...but maybe not when it's raining.

Anywho, Happy Weekend!!

Weekend Bananza

The Bracero's came to town!! Wanna hear our crazy weekend filled with lots of activities and food? Ok!

Thursday:
They arrived and we ate at the Pie for dinner. It was pretty late at that point so we took them back to the hotel.

Friday:
Errands were ran in the morning. Lunch at cafe rio. Costco cause guys in college never have groceries. Then we hung out at the Kiwanis park and played Mad Gab, Catch Phrase, and Disney Trivia. J Dawgs for a light dinner. Then Sammy's for a minto oreo pie shake. Yum-o.

Saturday:
We all got up and hiked to the Y. Made it to the top then raced down to make it to Kneaders for french toast (only 2 minutes to spare). Showered then went to go play mini-golf at Trafalga (I'm so proud to be an east coaster...putt-putt on the west coast is poop). After standing in the heat will all we thirsty..realized there was 10 minutes left of happy hour at sonic...made it 1 minute to spare. Took our drinks and hung out on the grass in front of the Avenues until it was time to go to Tucanos! More Yum-O. After dinner we walked around the riverwoods to help our food digest then headed up to Salt Lake for the Jazz Game! What a game! Drove back and headed to bed...early morning...

Sunday:
We all got up and drove back up to Salt Lake to watch Music and the Spoken Word which is produced every Sunday! Dave and I might end up going to that more than our own ward! haha. It was incredible. We walked around temple square and got a tour of the conference center. It was such an spiritual day and the weather wasn't to bad either :) We had lunch/dinner at Dave's great aunt's house. Then went to his mom's cousin's house where I got to ride a motor scooter! It was pink :) That night we hung out at their hotel and played Disney Scene It. Then they left the next morning.

Here are a few pictures that I took. We all took a mish-mosh of photos so hopefully I'l get everyones soon.

I've already have started classes for spring!! My go button has been pushed non-stop it feels like. 57 days until I depart for Europe...totally do able :)

Conclusion of Winter

I'm done with winter semester!

Believe it or not, this is the most exciting time out here because 1. this could mean you're going home for summer in APRIL or 2. you can take 1 or 2 credits, party, and it usually stops snowing...usually.

What happened this semester:
- I turned 20
- I started dating a handsome man
- I finally declared my path to Occupational Therapy School
- I built a snowman
- I got visits from my sister AND my mama
- I went snowboarding
- I went to General Conference
- I rock climbed
- I watched the series final of One Tree Hill

Add getting an edumacation in there too...I guess. Anywho, that's the recap. Look for previous posts and catch up! I'm really am grateful for all that has happened to me this semester. I am very blessed :) Now it's time for me to experience my first spring semester out here! (Then EUROPE!!)

Happy Tuesday :) (It's Friday in my mind...)

What I'm going to do now:
Get in bed and read Catching Fire...almost done!!

Finals I have to take:
