Fisher's

This deserves a blog post. Yes, I know I just posted like 30 minutes ago, but my popcorn just arrived. Had no idea! All the way from Bethany Beach, DE!!! That's right. I'm holding a large bucket of Fisher's Popcorn in my lap and I'm dying to be at the beach!!! Thanks Toot's and Pop!! (I have some pretty awesome grandparents if I do say so myself)

Sleep + Pool = Weekend

Just finished my test and now I'm back here on the couch watching 90210 while Mr. works-at-night catches up on some sleep. Kinda what it looks like:

Well, this was actually taken at a Jazz game, but close enough. :) After a little snooze it's pool time! If you haven't been outside lately, do yourself a favor and get out there! It'll put you in a good mood I promise. Happy weekend :)

What Professors Do

Not only do they plan them on the same week, but they feel they can move it up a week when it's on the syllabus for next week. Ya! I have one test that starts today and closes next wednesday (I'll be taking it NEXT Wednesday). I have another test on Friday during class. And then my Substance Abuse professor just decides to start the first text on Friday even though it was scheduled for NEXT Friday. The picture says it all. It's what they do when they have "faculty meetings"!

Besides this little switch in the plans I really can't complain these days. I've been at the pool almost every day since May 1. My cabinet is filled with cereal. I'm getting 8 hours of sleep almost every night. I had time to clean out my room (even though I do this 5 times a year so there's never much to clean out haha). And only 43 more days until I leave for Europe! Like I said...can't complain :) Happy Wednesday!!

Cookie Dough Cheesecake Bars

Yes, I found them on pinterest and let me tell you...they taste even better than they look. Believe it or not...it's true. Dave's favorite dessert is cheesecake and mine is cookie dough so why didn't I think of this recipe myself!
