Timpanogos

Mount Timpanogos is the second highest mountain in Utah's Wasatch range. Guess who hiked it?? Me! We left provo around 1:30am and started our hike around 2:15am.

We barely made it to the top by sunrise, but we did! Can I just say coming from the east coast...I thought I was dying. Living at an elevation of 350 ft over the summer then hiking a mountain that is 11,800ft--oxygen seemed hard to come by. My legs felt fine until we started going down hill. Then the knees started aching and my feet were tired. After 15 miles there and back I was just about ready to collapse, BUT it was all worth it for the view up top. :)
